• We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier. Please read the find print on your insurance info. Some Delta Dental PPO plans do not pay, while others pay as expected.

• We file insurance for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Guardian, Met-life, and most other dental insurance.

• We do not accept public aid or medical card.

  • These insurance plans include: Meridian, Molina, Illini Health, and Blue Cross Community Health
